About The Opportunity
With a countrywide network of over 225 facilities, including 45 company-owned and managed factories and more than 180 affiliates*, The company is the biggest pallet management services provider in North America. They also have a fleet of 4,500 trailers and approximately 300 power units, which they use to service customers from coast to coast. They offer full-service pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, as well as on-site services, reverse logistics, and retail services. They are looking for skilled people to join their wonderful pallet building team.

Pallet Builder/Repair
Base Pay $17 /hour

A Day In The Life As A Warehouse Order Selector:

• Quick hands, attention to detail, and a dedication to quality are required.
• All safety standards and regulations must be followed.
• Willing to work in a physically demanding workplace.
• Remove empty pallets from the aisle so that the order selector may pass through in a timely and organized manner.
• Repair and rebuild pallets following CHEP pool and IFCO recycling specifications.
• Use computerized numerical control (CNC) equipment
• Pallets should be dismantled and rebuilt using recycled materials.

• 18+ years old
• Can lift 50+ lbs
• Must pass a drug screen (cannabis included)
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Work in elements year-round
