Job Description:
A Customer Service Representative’s job is to assist consumers in understanding a company’s products and services. Phone, e-mail, web chat, and social media are all options for getting in touch with them. Concerns, complaints, and other issues are also handled by a Customer Service Representative.

Conducting inbound/outbound customer service calls. Creatively solving problems.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
